This new adaptation of Tolkien’s classic is a fast-paced retelling of the tale of Bilbo Baggins, a hobbit who positively loathes adventures.
But one day adventure finds him, and he is thrust into the greatest adventure in the history of Middle-earth – a search for dragon-guarded gold.
This critically acclaimed adaptation will use masks, puppetry, and shadow play to create Tolkien’s fantastical world of dwarves, dragons, trolls, elves, giant spiders, goblins, and, of course, hobbits!
The Hobbit is theatrical storytelling at its best.
